App is very simple and easy, to navigate. I can understand people who are complaining about its compatability, I had to purchase a new phone in order to work with this app as well. However it's a lot easier to carry one less device on you. The app reads the values perfectly, although it does take a big part in draining the battery, but it's not a huge problem for me. Overall as a person who has a very consistent diabetes routine, I can say that this app saves a lot of headache

While the app and sensors do improve the life of a diabetic, there are a few points where the app is just bad; - since some months battery alerts for the transmitter are not working. This means no alerts that it is nearing or is over the 90 life, causing erratic behaviour like inconsistent data, deviating values, interrupted connection. - the volume of the alarms is controlled via the media volume, the same you would use for all your socials, not the more expected ring volume or system volume.

This review is just about the app not the Dexcom G6 entire system. Application is very basic in its functionality. It seems not to be actively developed anymore, for example it is not supporting Samsung Health application. Adding important events is unnecessary complicated. You cannot add any custom notes for example. Dexcom online made it complicated with USA application and EU application named logically "mmol/l". Although both look identical, they use different backends.

Does not connect to my Android after being connected for two months...so frustrating. I reinstalled the app, restarted my mobile, changed my sensor and re-entered the codes for sensor and transmitter...still struggling to connect. Aweful. I just switched from Medtronic to Dexcom sensors and now suffering from this poor app's dysfunctionality.

App is taking half the screen on phone, history is available only for 24 hours back and if you want more you cannot easily see it in Clarity app which is separate app .. total nonsense for usabilty (unusable reports instead of easy graphs/stats). History does not save to phone but their cloud system ! If taken some Freestyle Libre funcionality into this app then it could be better. Using it only because I sometimes forget their reader to take it with me (also useless except current readings)

Forget my review beneath because this app doesn't even work any more. Can't even pair to a G6 Bluetooth transmitter. I can get a 1 dollar toy off amazon that pairs to a phone. Now more than 10 days with no readings. Back to finger pricking. If you cared you'd sort this rubbish out. I'll start looking for a different system. Original review: Why can't samsung watch users have an app?? Not all diabetics have an apple watch!! This is so close to being so perfect yet so far.

Astonishingly bad. I cannot understand why with months and months of warning that android 13 will launch Dexcom can't fix the app to be compatible. These devices are used to stay alive and it doesn't work

Doesn't pair with transmitter on Pixel 4a. Also, I've not been able to even install this app on the Pixel 4a for more than 6 months after the phone came out. Dexcom is clearly not taking this seriously.
