Have been using digilocker for quite some, however, in October 24 I was not able to see my stored documents all of a sudden in the app. While opening the stored documents a window poped up reading as permission is needed to open this . Had been in touch with the support team to fix the bug for two weeks but no avail. The support was excellent and quick, after exchange of couple of mails and understanding, the issue was resolved with in two days. An excellent app for storing important documents.

It's quite annoying how DigiLocker doesn't open if you have Developer Mode enabled on your phone. I mean c'mon it's not like we're using a rooted phone, we just need Dev mode for certain settings to be kept on. Apart from just that, for some reason, I'm unable to open my document files on the app, and this happens alot of times. So now I just prefer to keep documents saved on my phone storage instead of this app.

I tried signing in but at the last stage it says "oops, no network connection, go home",every single time! I tried creating another account but it says account already exists. I verified myself because I forgot my pin but I still can't log in even after verifying. What the hell is wrong with this app? My network connection is fine but it says I don't have it. Trash app!

It's really frustrating that I need to turn off developer mode every single time before accessing the DigiLocker app. Not everyone wants the security risks associated with developer mode. Please make these settings more accessible without requiring developer mode. This would greatly improve user experience.

Very nice app but need to add more services. I don't know how you are working & integrating the data. Could you please give the option to verify / add a voter card & driving license as well. The same needs to mention regarding the validity where it can be acceptable like you mention railway, Airport. Please extend the acceptable option to the passport office.

I’m really frustrated with this app. Every time I open it, it asks me to log in again. It’s incredibly inconvenient and makes the whole experience frustrating. An app should remember login details or at least provide an option to stay signed in. Having to repeatedly log in is a dealbreaker for me. Please fix this issue!

Great app. Serves it purpose. Only bad thing is why it requires Decelper Mode Off in order to work. Man no one is hacking my phone if developer option is on and if someone actually wants to hack it, he can do it even with Developer option off. I use some features of Developer mode and this app requires it to turn it off. Too much hassle. I have to turn off developer option each time I want to use this app. At least provide a option so those who want to use the app without any hassle can do so.

Really very inconvenient, I am really frustrated after trying for whole day still not able to view my document. Edit: After reinstalling I can view my documents.
