The app is great 75% of the time. There have always been some bugs(since I've used it ), mostly with wifi connection issues, but those are pretty negligible. However, the past month or so(October-November 2024), the app has froze or crashed at least once a week. Closing/restarting the app does not fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still, it's crashed. I've found that if I close the app and wait a few hours and reopen the app, it works just fine.

Worked horrible wirh iphone. Always crashing or just wont set the alarm at all and super slow if it did. With Android it's been great. Super fast no crashes. My issue is why is this not compatible with google or homekit! There is a work around with iphone shortcuts but no voice control. Then there's no work around with Android. Its 2024...time for google and ios compatibility! Also my app did update the other night and it look nice and sleek but then it reverted back to the old look. Bummer

I would love to be able to see from the home screen what systems are armed, unarmed, experiencing trouble, or have been triggered. Also, the ability to arm or disarm multiple systems at once would be incredibly nice.

This app is getting worse. It takes forever to load and is unable to establish a connection most of the time. It is such a hassle to go back and arm manually, especially when running late.

Crashes often. Slow. Won't let u delete video clips. Sent feedback 2 or 3 times to devs with no response. I believe they don't even care. Update from my 2021 post... 9-28-24...trying to get my video to pull up...some things never change. Unreliable.

App picks and chooses when it wants to actually work! Very annoying! And other times it just signs you out, and then you have to scramble to try and get the darn thing to work! All while my employees are waiting to get in to go to work!!!

Super handy app for my DMP alarm system. I can remotely arm and disarm my system from anywhere, plus I can access my doorbell camera and view my porch in real time, or look back at the recorded videos of activity.

16Dec2024, (25Sep2024, 11Jul2022, 02May2022) disappointing. 3+yrs after it was installed the wait time for this app to load is more than a minute and I can't use the doorbell vid or arm/disarm in a hurry. Viewing videos is a hit-or-miss event and the app dies for no reason.This app is my biggest security risk. 0-star.
