I really loved this app until recently. They just changed the interface and it would not allow me to connect for my last appointment with my therapist that I've had for four months and seen weekly without issue. The app keeps crashing and I've tried everything. I did finally speak with a tech support person and they said they're working on things but had no timeline. That is not acceptable considering I should be able to see my therapist as needed.

I have un-installed, reinstalled, tried adding a different form of payment. Tried a different appointment date. It has kicked me out. The message page has kicked me out. It has said internal server error. I have had issues with my previous two visits not allowing me to log in to the appointments, but you sure had no problem charging me $90 each time even though the error was not mine. Now I can't even get an appointment, and even if I can, will I miss that one too because I keep getting booted?

The doctors have been great but the app sucks majorly. In the last several months they have updated their system abd I use to be able to login using fingerprint and that prompts rarely now. And then last night I pointed and the whole interface changed. All my appointments with my psychologist are gone. It won't recognize my insurance. I reached out to support and they won't respond. My psychologist has no appointments bow for a month. I don't recommend this app at all.

The app doesn't allow to share lab tests with a doctor during a visit (WHY?) as a .pdf file, only through screenshots. When I took a number of screenshots and shared them with my doctor, the doctor wasn't able to see or hear me anymore no matter what I did and there is no option to rejoin the visit! (WHY???) I was forced to exit with no option to re enter. UGH! Please do something to fix it, this is critical

This app and service used to be fantastic and my favorite. They changed the app recently. New app does not allow scheduling with specific doctors as before, does not have all the providers that used to be on the old app, does not have visit history and documents history from the old app. Called support twice and they did not communicate any timelines as to when or if functionalities will be restored or providers would be back.

I really like the medical providers I've been seeing thru this app for 4+ years. The app has been spotty at times, refusing to connect or dropping my call. Verified not my connection. Recently the app has stopped working altogether on my device. It bogs down my entire system. I have tried all the IT tricks to no avail, and sent several messages but heard nothing. After missing appointments & still not hearing back, I'm going to have to change providers & try a new app. Poor customer service.

I've been able to gain a lot more progress and get a lot more help with my medical issues thanks to how easy it is to set up appointments, and how great the care providers I've had are! It's easy to use the app, though I had a couple issues where my meetings wouldn't start due to insufficient permissions (camera and microphone permissions in my browser), and there was no error to help me troubleshoot that. But I was able to quickly solve the issue with help from support.

Loved the app, it saved me waiting in a waiting room for 4 hours at an urgent care or ER. Recently though it will not load past the verify information screen. Tried everything I can to fix it. Really wanted to use it but I'm just gonna have to end up at an urgent care instead. Edit: everything is fixed and I was able to get treated in less than 10 minutes!
