not gonna play anymore. first when i open after a period of not playing it i login just to see nothing at all. my character cant even move at all not even chats are abled. when i re-installed it again it needs massive update and u must stay on the page to finish the update. if u exit the page even for 1s the update will restart, what kind of game will be like this though? so troublesome even to play.

it takes super long to download, when i go in it says client dictionary error 2 and then it just stops loading, makes my phone very laggy when it is downloading also, makes my screen so bright and so overall its so bad CAN U GO FIX IT ITS SO DAMN FREAKING ANNOYING and change it to english some of us dont understand chinese/cantonese (because the game developer is a hongkonger) like me :/

This is a company without customer service PIC. No matter regarding any purchasing or other prob, when approach to fb or official website, NO HUMAN being will help to solve any issue. Pls BEWARE of RELOAD into OFFICIAL GAME. Many players also claimed if didnt reload will get blocked account forever. At first, i thought it was a joke until my friends got blocked account and now some had uninstalled it. Most important, if using DATA PLAN like maxis, digi etc will always get disconnected from game

Terrible experience on the game. My access to the server was blocked after my refund request for two new recent purchase was accepted. The problem I buy a permanent pass from them earlier with 16 usd but they didn't bother to refund any amount and just block my access. What's the purpose for me to buy the permenant pass when they just blocked my access due to 6usd refund was accepted. Moral lesson, don't ever recharge any money to the game

This game is not worth to download. I have downloaded it and tot to start loading to play it, in the end it hanging at 30% there not moving at all. My other 3D game don't have this problem at all. I'm using S7edge with 64g. If your game fix my problem then i will gives 5☆ on it.

this game is just extremely stupid.DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Just first it takes an hour or two to just update the game sometimes the upgrade is ONE WHOLE DAY!!!Once you take out an equipment,you cannot take it back,as if you have trown it.you can't take something off when you put it on. even for the stone upgrade.you cannot take it off even if you use all your levels,even your equipment.if i can rate this game zero stars,i would.why is this game just so popular?Honkai impact 3 is 1000000000 more better.

My favourite game since 2007 when they released the pc version. But one issue with mobile version is the brightness auto set to maximum level and you cnt even adjust that from system setting. Overall is perfect just like its name.

Too many quest need party level up after lvl 25. We prefer play some solo quest. Getting annoyed especially when player too high lvl dont assist low level and quest unable continue cuz all high level. Plz change the quest system.
