Lots of bugs in this app. For one, when trying to enter a prescription no matter what I enter or how I try to enter it (take a picture or enter it myself) it says "please enter a valid image". There's no way to do that. Another one is when trying to view an EOB it shows the spinner like it's going to do something but never gets around to showing the EOB. There are more but those are the big ones I've found so far

This app has a long way to go. It certainly wasn't ready for deployment to the production system. Can't login, can't reset password, if you press the back button in the app, it doesn't clear the password originally put in....bad security planning. Either prioritize a functioning, secure app or don't have one at all. What it currently is should be an embarrassment.

*2 weeks later still doesn't work. My 12 year old wrote a better app in summer camp. Just spins a circle like it's thinking. It's not my phone or network. Samsung S24 Ultra, AT&T Fiber. Rudimentary app. *Now it won't even log me in, just displays a spinning circle. Please fix this app or at least get customer service to answer the phone. Chat doesn't work, "error:reload page". Cannot get a live body on the phone. Phone system goes in circles and just says, "cannot connect you".

You can look up providers and your membership card. It can store a photo of your prescriptions, but it automatically rotates the pictures 90 degrees no matter how you take it. Please fix that. Has some stability issues. I haven't been able to load my benefits in a while which would really be helpful. Needs work and bug fixes.

Terrible app filled with useless features. If work provided anyone else I'd choose it. Constantly getting messages about receiving a new message. Takes me to some external link, not in app. Won't let me login. So I sign into the app and there's no messages to be found anywhere!? Try to search FAQ and there's no search and only a handful of questions. The 2 positive functions are the ID and ability to find an in network Dr, but even thats useless if I have to go online!

App never remembers my login credentials (which doesn't allow my fingerprint to be read as a result) and doesn't remember my device (which means every time I log in, I get an email saying I've logged in with a new device). I also can't even download a copy of my card. This app needs a lot of work unfortunately.

The app is useless. I set up username and password maybe two weeks ago and was able to log in. Saved my new username and password to my password manager and set fingerprint access which also worked but now when I try it says invalid credentials. My credentials are correct. This app is stupid and frustrating. Why bother putting apps out of the are so broken that you can't login twice with the correct credentials.

The fingerprint function does not work. My saved password for some reason, does not work. After fighting with the log in, the app seems to work well, but just the log in experience, really deters one away. Please fix!
