Needs a LOT of work... but basic functionality is there. Things to fix: 1. DARK Mode support! 2. For those who can't pair the UTWS3, allow the app to use the location. By default I always refuse it and totally randomly figured out that it was preventing the discovery (who knows why.. spying?!.. prolly a bug). 3. EQ is very poor.. why does BTR5 eq is much more comprehensive than UTWS3? It doesn't even have a manual mode..

Edit: Fiio replied to my comment saying they fixed the issues, but they only fixed half the disconnect, you still can't update the firmware because it thinks the old version is still the newest one :D Literally unusable with Fiio K19 on Pixel 7 Pro. I keep getting disconnected from the device via bluetooth every few seconds.

the app is quite good. But the dac has an issue where the iem button signals get stuck or blocked in the dac until the phone is unlocked, and the signals reach the phone. For eg, if I get a call and I press the button to answer, there wouldn't be a response. Once I answer the call normally via the screen, then the button press signal reaches the phone and since I already answered the call the button press signal disconnects the call. Kindly bring a firmware update for this. Nothing phone 2 user.

I love love love your hardware Fiio, but this app is beyond broken. Did anyone test this? It reloads constantly, takes *literally* 10 seconds to do the smallest things every time, like just go from brightness 1 to 2. Try to create a custom EQ? It glitches & loops back to the main menu. Every time. This is RAGE INDUCING. On a Samsung S22 Ultra. Please, please, please fix this. It makes using the $200 BTR17 amp I just got impossible. Your hardware is great! Work on the software, please

Seems to be more interested in tracking your location than working properly. Brand new KA17, always shows disconnected, forcing you to reconnect. Reconnecting always demands location tracking, which I won't allow. Maybe the app deliberately breaks to try and force you to comply with being tracked. Hardware seems okay but this app is too focused on the wrong thing.

Whomever is responsible for the maintenance and development of this app needs a new job. This app is a very slow barely functional Trainwreck. And apparently it's been ongoing for at least 4 years. I don't get how this app can be so bad over such a long period of time. It's as if you don't care! If it was possible to give this app negative stars I would.

works great for BTR3K love the EQ and the options. can't speak to the issues with other devices but BTR3K immediately was found, connected and control is instantaneous. Great app so far!!

BT11 can work with Samsung S20 Ultra 5G, but this app cannot connect to BT11 - the connection is always dropped. On LG V20, it's better. But when updating firmware from local, it said the BT11 is not detected again ......
