Full of video ads. Total garbage compared to prior versions (+5 years ago) where there was no ads and the search amount was unlimited.

When you use the app and leave it on the background for a while and then get back, it stops making searches and only keeps loading. This can be fixed by restarting the app but this gets tiresome after doing it over and over. Also, it seems the app throws the user out every now and then and at least today I seem to be unable to sign back in.

The monetising of this app has made it pointless. Unreasonable pricing and poor app design. Overlay notifications get in the way of using the phone and the free data info disappears after a day or two, making it incredibly frustrating to find the number again in the log. What a shame Edit: the developer obviously didn't read the review as they seem to think that my paying will fix their poor redesign. If the app had become better, then paying a small fee might be acceptable.

Unfortunately new version's update ruined app's functionality to display who's calling properly. It is triggered even for the numbers saved in phone's address book. Notification bell stays constantly in the notification bar. Also UI is half in English and half in Finnish even though Finnish is selected. Feels like developers forgot to test the app before the release.

A Google user

It doesn't apper on my Honor 10 during the calls, even though that I gave all access to app according to the instructions for my phone. I paid for this app 4 years ago and since than it doesn't not appear on any of my honor phones. I guess it will work if you have Samsung for example. Can't recommend, since so much time past and developers can't figure out how to make it work on every device. It gets updates frequently, but I can't see that something is changed, probably they update only the ads

Very bad update, UI looks worse than in the older version. Also annoying that all marketing options were turned on by default in the settings. Notification bar seems to have a constant notification now about fonecta caller being active that needed to be disabled with disallowing notification dot for the app. As there seem to be multiple notifications for the app, what is the difference between Fonecta Caller, FonectaService and FonectaUtils notifications?

This app used to be good but some time ago they released a big redesign which made it trash. You need to look at ads to be able to reveal unknown callers in the log(you get 10 free reveals per month), but it forgets them within a few days(but between the ad and the reveal button it says i have revealed the name in the past). Popup overlay for call identification is a SCAM; says you get 3 free identifications per month, but enabling the incoming call slider says you need the paid Pro subcription!

One complaint, not critical but annoying nonetheless. I made an account on the site by signing in with Google. The app has no option to sign in with Google though, and I have no clue what the password for my account was. I was able to login by tapping "forgot password" and actually giving the account a password. This seems really silly, please either add Google & Facebook login to all platforms or prompt the user to select a password upon registering with Google or Facebook.
