Paired with phone, no issues. Clicking manual import or when it initiated it says importing for several minutes before closing out and saying to be sure they are paired and on. Confirmed pair in Android and confirmed solid blue light but no different results. Devices were only a for apart. One of the buttons like a box with an up are crashes the app every time. Device is great other than pairing issues. No idea if it's the app or devices Bluetooth module causing it.

Overall, great. I have encountered two bugs so far. The first was fixed fairly quickly. The second one is a few days old and is currently still happening. All my ketone data suddenly became inaccurate and wrong. Hopefully, this can be fixed. But as I said, I have been very happy with the app otherwise. Updated 3/2 - I contacted the company and they advised to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did and it worked. Problem solved!

After following the instructions in the manual carefully, I can't pair my meter to my Pixel XL. I've tried multiple times, restarted my phone, tried the memory method and the test strip method of turning on the meter, and nothing works. My phone can definitely see it because it shows up in the Bluetooth settings, but it won't pair in the app. I was looking forward to having an app to keep track of all of this information so I could see trends easily, and now I'm just frustrated and disappointed.

Meter works fine, except with Android Bluetooth. I've tried for at least 1-2h to figure out why my phone payed with the meter, but why the app won't. Read and read manuals. Watched a few videos. I get to the point where I want data transferred and, voila, I'm told to make sure Bluetooth connection to meter. After reading reviews, must be a coding issue with Android. I use a CAT s48c, not a Google or Samsung like others. Really disappointed, though I was already recording data into carb manager.

Using a Samsung Note 10 plus, installed then said it's not compatible. No option to uninstall yet Google play store displays installed. Please fix

OK so far, but Awful bluetooth implementation (on a Samsung). Only syncs once in about 5 attempts, manual next to useless and nothing helpful online. Others have made similar comments, so not just me. It does get all pending data eventually, so I may be able to assess trends eventually.

The app crashes apon launch. If the app is in the best interest of the user there is no reason to need both fine location and cross app tracking or manditory login. This app seems to be a data collection tool for advertising brokers an health insurance. Be warned.

So for those that can't connect to the meter, you have to have the location on your phone turned on. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and it shouldn't need that information in order to sync data. App seems okay otherwise, but still bull that it needs location on.
