I've had my cpap for a little under a year and hadn't really thought about the app until I got my replacement supplies. Saw the app and decided to see if i had downloaded it before, and I had. I must say that it worked great for me! No stopping or closing. Went thru all the sections (even the help section), and all was good!! Appreciated the tips on leaking because I have been having that issue. Being woken up by a screeching noise is no fun and really messes up my sleep and day. Thank you F&P!

The mymask app worked at first. But now it won't open at all. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled. Still won't work. My experience sounds pretty common. I see experiences like mine dating back 6 months. Somebody at F&P should have looked into this already and had it fixed. The last update was 6months ago, about the time these problems started.

The app first time I used it was fine. Now when I go through it for instructions to follow. The pictures indicating the parts no longer show up. Not all that good right now.

Failed to load every time I tried to run it. Android said "myMask keeps closing" then offered to close it or provide feedback.

New to using the CPAP machine and mask. This app answered my question about the air leaking. With this mask it's supposed leak on top of the nose, which I didn't know and was worried about. The answer was there and I'll try again.

Doesn't work after you put in what size mask....I have been doing just fine for 20 years with a variety of different masks and I really don't see the need for this app when you have the directions and all pertinent info for any mask for cpap, bipap etc...
