Support must have quit! This is only the second game I've paid to remove ads from. After an update, the ads came back. I emailed support and got a prompt reply, asking me to send my game ID so they could fix it. I replied I didn't know where to find that and ... nothing. Sent that email four more times over three weeks and never got a response. Still stuck with the ads I paid to get rid of. UPDATE - two weeks later, after sending my game game ID, no response and still have ads.

This app is the best app for Time pass when you don't have internet but this app has many problems like- 1) The screen after a game is very irritating like you have just completed a game and the xps bar giving prizes is so late there should be an option so that we can collect all the rewards together.. 2) Adds pop up even the internet is closed 3) This one is the most irritating one. The extra chance option must be removed and multiplayer should be added the extra chance ruined the game..

Opponents in smaller prized matches are so bad you win quickly, but once u start betting 1L and above, it quickly turns into a blood bath. Also for Peakshot, it got locked after 3 tries and it would'nt open, not even after I watched the ad to retry. Almost all games I play, if u can't finish a level, u have limited lives but unlimited tries. Give 3-5 lives at the start, and replenish them every few hours. I dont see why you need to lock the levels or limit the no of tries at all.

I just wanted a simple offline carrom game. I paid for ad removal, and there are still parts of the game you cannot play without being forced to watch ads. In-game support was no help and never responded. Look elsewhere if you just want to play the game without being pestered every few screens to watch ads.

It has 2 problems that I've faced. But I'm gonna telling only one problem cause of limited characters. So, In small prize match opponent plays so bad and can't even pocket one but When we collect many coins and play higher prize match , robot plays so good and next to impossible to win. We collect so much coins after playing couple of hours but that problem makes feel so bad. I think I'm not only to face that problem. So, please fix it. Hope you guys fix it on upcoming update.

Don't play this game it's pathetic . In the starting levels it will be easy like in the 40000 one it will be easy but in the 100000 one first time you will win but after that it gets harder the robot will not let you score even a single point and at the 40000 one they have made it so easy that even a 2 year child can win but in the 100000 one I an 18+ can not win even in other carrom games I play very good

I've been using this app for a while now and so far, it's nice and a good game to play when your offline or bored . But I feel the game needs some improvements. Especially when buying the strikers and other things, that we can get only after ads,and for 20mins, really annoying. So, please work on this problem. Nice game 👍

Irritating game!! Keeps freezing and suddenly a notification pops up saying opponent won!! It says the connection is slow but the adds continue to run no problem at the top of the game. Rip off!
