Redundant, useless, rip off, no support. Nice concept, but needs a massive overhaul. Most people needing it won't want to fork out cash to find a travel mate, and you can't do anything without paying. No function to report people (which you'll need because the only people that seem to pay are there to spam or scam you), and no way to contact support. Everything it offers you can already do through Facebook and Gumtree for free, with a much bigger audience.

extremely awful experience. there are too many technical problems in the app plus you only have to use web browser, app doesn't work. moreover, almost every profile seems to be a fake, created by developer or AI. they never respond even in negative. i purchased for a purpose and sent messages to more than 100 profiles, amazingly no one sew my messages, no one reply, there is no option to see if your msg is delivered or not, there is no other communication way, you can't see your history.. wawoo

Somewhat okay app. 1) The app says it gives a free 7 days trail which is possible only when you invite your friends to sign up and they have to verify their phone number!!! This is too much of marketing technique :/ 2) I can contact other travelers only with premium features. Also the app is quite slow and has minor bugs that has to be fixed. 3) Most important is that the search option is not working properly. I live in Lausanne, Switzerland and could not find this city in the search bar.

One of the best services to find travel companions. GAFFL gives me opportunity to find real friends worldwide; offers me to visit places in a cost-efficient manner by sharing resource with people having similar travel itinerary. I can meet local peoples who are willing to guide during my travel or find a buddy for my interstate travels. It’s good to see that GAFFL is now offering app-based support. But some of the app features need improvements. Like navigating to the web while accessing “Settings” or “Help & Feedback” from the app is slightly inconvenient. But overall, it’s a five-star experience.

The app isn't bad, unfortunately it has no user base at all. Just some fake or totally unresponsive accounts, with beautiful pictures. With a proper user base it would be great I think. However I cancelled my subscription after a week and they still charged me the next month. That is uncalled for and basically just theft. So, watch out and check your bankaccount.

Concept is good and was able to connect with other solo travelers (only if you pay), otherwise they will only let you know someone viewed your trips. Also some catfish accounts will like your trip/profile same like some dating apps so they will make you pay premium to "view likes". Other than these ethics, UI is pretty friendly and trust factor is good to authenticate the other travellers. All the best in improving the app and hope it gets all the downs straightened out soon.

Idea is great, execution is awful. You have to pay for a subscription to connect with other travelers, and even their in-app chat feature can be buggy. I receive notifications for various things despite turning off notifications; probably a marketing gimmick to attract paid subscribers. Seems to be quite a bit of catfishing occurring and others who use it as a dating app. User demographic seems like mostly middle aged men. Honestly better off traveling solo.

This app is completely pointless. You can't do anything without paying. It's also one of the spammiest apps. I have asked TWICE to stop sending me emails. I even deleted my account and uninstalled the app. I'm still getting the emails!!! The emails don't have an unsubscribe link either. What I need to do to stop receiving the emails? Sue you???
