I have only just started using the App today, and whilst I can see that this app has lots of data, my complaint right now is that I can't find a guide to understanding all the data I can see. We need a simple video that explains every item on the "Plants" screen. The videos I have found only give a limited explanation

Just started using this and its a bit buggy. When you start the app up it sometimes takes 2-3 minutes to get to the main screen. WIFI connection to my inverter never works it cant connect to my inverters wifi but my phone had no issues connecting to the inverters web server to connect it to my router. Also the main screen doesnt refresh. You have to do it manually. If Devs are listening please get the screen with the graph to refresh every 5 minutes like the website portal. PLEASE.

What a useless app. One day, the "generation today" information is wrong, the next the information is good, then the buy and sell figures are wrong, the graphs don't display, the next day the graphs have missing data, it is annoying. It was working great 3 months ago... now is a sxxt show. Please fix this ASAP.

Pathetic app, does not show house solar units consumptimon on daily basis, shows only overall generation. However, there meter has everything in place to show. On selection Wifi option asking for Android 8.1 phone on Android 14 phones. Metric are not much detailed on a daily basis and not transparent with respect to consumption and generation.

The software is slow. Everytime you want to change charge and discharge times you have to go though multiple slow steps. It would be nice to have an option to tell the inverter to stop feeding to the grid when the battery is full without having to go to off grid mode so that when the grid charges you to feed in you can not be worried. Why have you taken the configuration button out of the software? Won't work on Android or Apple atm

The app is easy to use and works fine. But on the Mobile app, the chart only shows FVE output, if you want to see other data, you need to expand the chart. Seems like seeing the data directly without tilting my phone would be more comfortable.

Does anyone at goodwe even read these reviews? Not so "good", are "we"? Pls fix the total energy generated in SEMS, inv resets the TOTAL to zero every few months by itself, how to sync correct total production with sems historical data?? Uselss interface with ridiculously low graphical options, seems like youre still stuck in the 90's. Again, what good are historical data's if they will be reset to zero every few months?
