Just what my business needed. This scheduling/grooming management app is awesome. So many features, profile picture for each pet, automatic reminders, online scheduling with smart scheduling (makes sure customers are close to each, eliminates zigzagging all over town). Tech support is by far the best I have come across. If I am having an issue or wanting a tweak to the system or recommendation to improve it for my business structure they have come through. Highly recommend. Love it 💕

Does what it needs to. I'm mobile so I need to send my clients invoices when their not home. This app doesn't do that. It only sends it once it's paid. This is something that would be great being mobile. However the smart scheduling is a great asset to have if you're unsure how far a client is from each other.

I am thrilled that there is FINALLY an app that has all the features I need to run my grooming business. My clients tested the online booking today and said it was fast and simple. Customer support is fantastic, timely, and helpful. I was impressed with the free trial before it was close to being up and purchased a plan. The nice thing is they have a Facebook group for users that is helpful and they've been adding features at our request. It's worth every penny.

The customer service is also amazing, they get back to you right away and they even have an amazing community page on FB for suggestions and to talk about what more we'd like from the app.

As the owner of a small salon, I love GrooMore. The software is easy to use and understand. My employees like the ability to check their schedule at any time on their phones. There would be a great advantage to using this app for mobile salons as well. Customer service is the best I've ever worked with. They really care about creating a product that works for your company. GrooMore also integrates with QuickBooks and Square, which makes accounting much easier.

It's ok but alot of features I don't use. I don't like that the client is messaged from a number that they cannot reach unless we pay for the monthly fee. The texts should come from our business number. I wish they had a "light" version because I literally only want to use it to schedule and thats it.

This app has let me down by not being able to open on my android. Causing me to NOT be able to run the business. I wished I could share the error code screenshot here it claimed the app has a bug. Not to mention them being sued by moego my word this company is a mess.
