Very very bad experience. My order is stuck because of unavailability of the ordered items. But app is showing that the items are available. Unable to cancel. There is no cancel option. The policy says "Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled". My order has not been dispatched yet, still I am unable to cancel it. People, beware! Customer care is nonexistent. Update: my order was out for delivery. I received no call. No one came to my home. Tracking showed, order was undelivered and cancelled.

Has been one of my go to app for homeopathic dilutions and medicines so far till I placed my last order, considering the reasonable and discounted pricing along with the quality of the medicine delivered. Now all of a sudden my default address is not serviceable. Hence I prefer to uninstall. I am in need of medicine and shows some stupid notification not serviceable.

Extremely disappointed with Healthmug! My order shows as 'delivered' on the app, but I haven't received it yet. To make matters worse, there is no customer care service available to resolve this issue. No phone number support. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. Unreliable and untrustworthy. 1 star is even too much for this kind of service. Need help with my missing order, but don't know who to reach out to!

This app is very bad in terms of refund, very bad, they have not given me my Rs 489 refund, it has been 1 year now, whenever I mail, I get a mail saying your refund has been done on this month. I also sent them the account statement that I have not received any refund, if you have been refunded, then please send me the details, I will tell that to the bank and then I will do something.

Hi, This is my first deal with your organization with very disgusting experience. Today my items was out for delivery but after waiting whole day at evening at 18:19 Hrs in your App status is showing "Undelivered Customer wants open delivery". But fact is that niether any messages nor any call from your delivery agent or from your organization. Kindly do needful for sure delivery of my items.

They do not deliver on time. Their customer support contact is not working at all. Very poor services. These are medicines, not clothes, that you can deliver them late. And when delivery actually happens, you will find only half of your ordered items. And in app the item is showing reached in my city since 3 days... very poor customer support.

Pathetic. Some medicines are cancelled automatically and refund is not being made. One or two items are always missing from the order and asked to click pictures of missing items. Ordered list is not available most of the time
