App set up frustratingly glitchy. I wanted to give another company a try, but the photos aren't uploading properly, it's making weird crops, uploading zoomed in duplicates, and not letting me delete some. I tried to write the bio but I spent the majority of ten minutes just tapping the screen in random places because there is no rhyme or reason to where it places the cursor when you tap the text box. Finally gave up, guess I'll stick to the match conglomerates

App is basically impossible to use. I was stupid enough to get plus (mistake) and it only let's you view 2 profiles who liked you. The filtering is basically useless as well, nearly every 3 swipes it entirely deletes my preferences. Complete waste of my time and now I want a refund because it was a waste of money as well. The few things plus provides dont even work properly.

Too impossible to find people. Even when they send a message it's behind a paywall. Most profiles don't have sexual orientation listed... I tested out 5 other apps with this one to see which to stick with and this is the only one where I haven't found a single match or had a conversation after days on it. The compatibility quiz also auto-accepts the first thing you tap without a chance to confirm and there's no way to edit a misclick. The like/pass buttons also randomly disappear until restart.

I made the mistake of buying a lifetime membership, which was offered early on. I take it they were looking to save the app. Now, they don't seem to care. Besides the glitches, like notifications no longer working (even after updates) they keep stripping the original perks away from paid members. So where you'd get 10 crushes, it became 5 and now 2. This goes for all perks. Customer service addresses it by saying they can change perks at any time and that it's in the Terms when you buy. Smh.

The people I'm meeting are good. But the app doesn't send notifications, it's always having connection issues and lost a major crush due to it. It was never this bad, ever since the app redesign with the new logo and style, everything is aweful now. The app is so broken you wouldn't expect it to be a major dating app, but one of those cheap throwaway apps. I thought, surely it's just not updated. But I was wrong, this is the latest version. Fix this broken app.

Terrible. You can't do anything except swipe unless you're paying for a subscription. No messages, nothing. Even if you do pay for a subscription, there's a second pay wall that they want you to pay $5 per "unblur" to actually see a match you have. Their live support will also treat you like an idiot when receiving "help" and simply keep reiterating to go back to swiping.

For the first time ever, the problem I'm having with a dating app isn't bots or the community but my actual ability to use the app, which is practically unusable due to how glitchy it is. Everytime an ad pops up, it completely takes over the screen and then leaves me unable to see profiles. Not to mention the volume of ads.

I really liked the "compatibility" feature and I believe this is the only one like this. These "matches" are fake. Or at least 85% of them. (Also... the compatibility feature... pretty sure is just fake as well, I did a test) Basically if u are swiping and not paying its meh I guess. BUT if u buy the "for life premium" u just wasted ur money. In my case 69$ (it was in promotion) went to the garbage. Do NOT buy it. The global feature is just ... not there. Basically, not that many girls.
