never received phone and I can't find a way to contact to deal with the problem

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with as far as getting service applied to your device. I put in the SIM card number their website and customer service says it's not one of their Sims. I've wasted money looks like on a phone and service that isn't going to work and it's been 2 weeks since I recorded my phone

This company is horrible. I never received the phone that they supposedly sent me. So I called them they said I didn't qualify for a phone that they'd send me a SIM card. I never received the SIM card. After waiting a month and numerous calls to Tag mobile I transferred to a different company. Now they're trying to charge me for the phone I never received. Trying to talk to somebody at customer service is ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

Not good. They were given the exact information needed. However, trying to correct / give them the information that I already gave them,it took 3 WEEKS. I was on hold for HOURS multiple times before I spoke to a human.

App is completely lack luster, ive had it for 2 months now and it still doesnt say how much data i have left or have used. You have to go to the website to be able to see that info
