This app is close to useless which is unfortunate because the camera is pretty good. The app is slow and buggy. Playback - practically unusable. Will not play the time you choose, jumps from pm to am for no reason. Can not choose standard time only 24h. No selection for continuous recording and setting schedule from 00:00 to 23:59 does not work. Why not just a 'Continuous Recording' selection? It's like the app and the camera don't know how to properly communicate with each other.

App is 100% UNUSABLE after daylight savings time change in the US. Simply touching the playback screen jumps the timeline ahead one hour and it can't be adjusted. I've tried changing the time and time zones on the phone, the camera, the router, and even disconnected the network to force the time settings. nothing fixes the problem. trying to download video is even worse because the timeline freezes trying to sync the time you want to download. completely unusable. Please fix ASAP!!!!

The connection is ok, but it took a little time to understand... first you should disconnect the mobile data on the phone when you manage the set up and connection. Second, the device is worming quite hot below the negative side of the battery, when you look at front of the device it is on the right side.. the battery is also worming as a result. I succesful connect and configure the device on samsung s5 active and s7. But not possible to connect with samsung note 10 plus. can y tell why???

Had a chance to use this for a while and paid for subscription....wish I hadnt! The hardware is decent. App is flawed. The moment you touch the screen the timeline jumps ahead 1 hour, making it really hard to replay old data. If you go to download a motion clip, you lose the first few seconds, even tho it does replay correctly by clicking on it. 30 min downloads dont work because you have to drag to that spot to choose the time you want!!!!! Those bugs make the subscription useless sadly!! :(

Need help: I've already tried this with two different phones from two different manufacturers. Both of them Android. I'm able to connect to the hotspot from the camera which was bought from amazon but after this point no matter what I do I always get an error message to "TURN OFF MOBILE DATA" which are turned off anyways. Is there any way to fix this? Otherwise I would have to return the device back and ask for a refund

Poorly written software that wouldn't detect cam on my phone. Buries videos and snapshots in file system obscurity making them impossible to find afterwards outside the app. No option to disable the date/time stamp from recordings. Can't view either snapshot or video album without stopping currently recording video and also disengaging the AP monitor mode. Software can't be set to automatically record either video or snapshot via motion detection. My cam is AP only and did not come with SD slot.

App did work fine, now since the clocks went forward 1 hour here in the UK I can no longer scroll through the SD card recordings. The timeline jumps forward an hour and says video unavailable. I have tried everything to solve this issue including full reset to factory settings but nothing works.

Not compatible with all android devices. But even then the app is clunky HMD/Nokia connects,the instruction leaflet by the way is an abortion Camera on/off via app is eratic Honor devices the app is a total dudd connects but no password dialogue is displayed and no video... reset..connect Repeat...reset connect Repeat..reset connect Repeat
