The address function IS TERRIBLE. I literally press the "use my location", it updates to my location, and then imos doesn't accept it saying it's invalid. It's totally valid. I have to put in an address a block up the street, then call the store and tell them the right address. They then say it won't let them change to that address for some reason, but they'll bring it to me. I don't have this problem with any other delivery app. Such a TERRIBLE UI experience overall. Great pizza though 🤷🏽♀️

Every time I try to pay online, it doesn't go through... I've downloaded the app two different times, tried different credit cards, and everything else that I have been told to do to get it to work to no avail. It defeats the purpose of ordering online.

App works great for the most part, except for credit card payments. Every time I put in my card information it doesn't go through. I have to select cash on the app instead and then when I get to the restaurant, I then pay with my card. Kind of a bummer that I have to do it that way. I wish they would fix this, then it would be a five star app.

The app is no longer accepting my payment information, so I cannot complete an order. I have tried for over a month now. It has become useless to me.

Lots of issues. I had to restart my rewards even though I had a lot saved up. We also had a birthday reward that kept disappearing before we could use it. The app is clunky and isn't very smooth. It always says I'm outside of the delivery zone even though when I call, I have no issues with the actual store about where I live.

Ever since the new ordering system and app has gone live its useless. Have to call on the phone to place an order. Been ordering from the Arnold MO location since 2015. My address is non existing when I try. Not sure what was so bad about the old app that required a complete overhaul. At least it worked and I could use it.

I tried 2 put in a order now and it won't let me use the cc that's on file. Then when I look at it it says it's invalid cause of no address but that makes no sense cause it's the same address that the order is going 2!!!!! Now I can't order anything!!!!!! IT says only pay with a gift card or cash it won't even pull up the cc info that's been on file 4 yrs now.
