Last 3 days I'm trying to sign up i couldn't sign up... Everytime it's showing a banner like .. "we have emailed further steps to activate your account. If an the account exists with the email you entered. You should receive them shortly" But I'm not receiving any mails regarding this. So please solve this ASAP

After installing the latest version on 8 Nov, I can not use the vessel tracker. After clicking this vessel tracker I see search option not working. I can't write there. Worst experience ever ☹️. If possible, plz try to look after this matter & solve it asap. Thank you.

Cannot open the application at all, was working before(not that great),but since last update the application it's closing just before i can open it. After reinstalling the app it worked for one time and again same problem cannot open, it says that the app is not installed. I cannot access the get support because the app is not opening.

After the latest version update on 29/09/2023, non of the attachments (like pay slips, documents & etc), could be viewed or opened (nothing can be viewed). Tried to uninstall & install the aap, but still it keeps crashing. All my colleagues on board are facing the same problem. I hope this issue will be rectified asap. Thank you.

Screen goes blank after the latest update. Cover page of app opens well but subsequent page is blank. Have tried twice to update. Same result, A blank screen. Previous version was working well. Even after latest update, it's still a blank screen. How do you expect a msg to support?

Application isn't working after the last update, I already tried the uninstall / install technique but still it keeps on crashing. Some vessel are relying on the application to send allotment/s, checking the documents etc. Keep safe and have a good watch.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the latest compatibility fix for Android, it fixed our problem regarding uploading attachments. Now I'm giving 5 stars... Below was my previous comments; Before the latest update, I can upload receipts or any supporting documents for expenses claims...but with this latest update, me and my colleagues on board cannot upload anymore...what to do now?

Every time I try to update the app from play store, it always crashes and never opens. Only the .apk installation file which was provided to the vessel, works in my phone. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s10.
