Jiffy is good for small, uncritical tasks like installing a light fixture or patching a drywall. However, for anything important or time sensitive, look elsewhere. This is an app - their accountability ends at a text message. I mistakenly used their services to schedule a move. The movers showed up with a pickup truck and a U-Haul trailer. I was able to call on family, but I can imagine others would be stuck because they relied on an app. There was zero empathy and accountability. Beware!

Booking is easy but don't naively assume that the booking means anything. I had a Pro grab the job but then be too busy to come by so wanted to do it some other day... That makes Jiffy useless to me then. I'll just find contractors direct myself.

Used this App twice. Once for an Electrician and another for a Plumber. Both experiences were excellent! Both times I was contacted immediately and help was on the way the same day in one case and next day for the other. No surprises with the billing, rates were very reasonable. Wish I new about this app sooner, would have saved me alot of time and headaches!

Service is fantastic!! App has turned to garbage.. I've booked a few small projects through the app on my s10+ and have been satisfied. Changed phones to the latest s21 and app has become unusable. It took forever to book my latest job between app crashes and now I'm having difficulty paying the guy..

my first time using this app went very well. The handyman was experienced and pleasant, and completed the work quickly at a very reasonable cost. The app was able to match me with the handyman, facilitate communication, and complete the payment seamlessly. The cost was reasonable and the quality of work excellent.

Deadbeats! First they cancel the person coming, then they cancel the job entirely, then they remove the service (snow removal) from their app altogether. And you can't contact them because of annoying popups that only allow you to book a job and won't let you access the rest of the app.

I hate this app, it needs my credit card information. Hell no. It should really be using paypal. Also sends annoying messages. Looks messy with a silly map in the centre that does nothing to add value and gets in the way or finding a proper quote at a fair price., It is taking up more than half the screen. Cacelling a job is difficult, it gives errors when trying to access whatsapp - it does not need to use whatsapp. I am deleting the app. I would have had a contractor by now.

The app is ok, but the professionals I used in this platform are very unqualified, one came in 3 times can't even replace my crank operator on my window, I asked another one to replace my faucet in my bathroom, a few month later, surprisingly I don't receive cold water in my bathroom, now I have to find other people to fix it. I won't use this platform to find professionals, it wastes time and doesn't reallyn help me and brings more problems.
