The app does what needs to do, but at the bare minimum. you can't adjust recording duration. it has many bugs. For example, in android, when you use the back button to return from the recordings, the app closes. Also, the phone ringtone when someone rings the bell can be configured but it doesn't work. Also, there is no clarity what does "day" and "night" time means. Is it based on time or sensors?

app is pretty stable. only important features are limited. for ex. u cant forward or rewind a recording. it takes long to download. u cant partially download. u cant set the download tume. snapshot when motion is detected not possible. motion detection is a bit unreluable. it detects motion in a masked area. pic quality excellent. talk function with too much delay. u canhear yourself.

The app works pretty well, and very reliably. Too bad it doesn't stream recordings like it does live videos - because having to download recordings takes quite some time.

My mum wants to share the camera with me so I can help monitor the dog, but you can only add a camera by being on the same WiFi network, which is difficult as I am abroad and not able to travel during Covid. Please add the option to share access to the camera after setting it up

Extremely poor app and poor product. Despite resetting the doorbell camera several times and connecting to it's wifi, the app is simply incapable of registering the device. It keeps sending me back to wifi selection. Scam product, do not buy.

Does not work 3/5 of the time. It keeps crashing and is not reliable on the live feed most of the time. By the time the app finally opens, the person is long gone.
