This app is buggy and unpredictable! I receive calls with no visible phone number or caller ID until after I accept or reject the call. I often can't return a missed phone call from the recent calls list. It randomly gets hung up while trying to make a call. And it's impossible to use the text feature for 2FA because the texts won't show up until hours later! As soon as I can find another reasonably priced option, I'm switching because it's too unreliable for business use.

2 stars after the update. Worked fine for 3 month until the last update on September 16. After that when someone calls me my phone doesn't ring when the call comes, or the call never gets through or goes straight to vm. It's just very unreliable and I have missed a lot of calls. I know it's the update fault because when I use another phone with no update, it seems to work fine. I hope someone at Magic jack can offer a solution and/or remedy for this issue. thanks

I have had this for 10 years and have not used it much. One reason has been a lack of instructions or customer service availability. Now I have a good use for this number, but am having problems with settings not working. The 'call forwarding' direct to my cell has been On for at least 6 months, it is still toggled to the 'On' position when I log in, but the service is not forwarding. It rings 5 times and then has a lengthy silence, then an old outgoing voicemail message plays for the caller.

1. There is no option to turn down dialing number. It's also dial numbers through the phone speakers very loud without any volume controls. As a phone service provider they should now all about DTMF and how it can easily be recorded and decoded through apps. Pls improve the dial tone settings. 2. Ending a call on this app takes nearly two min. to recognize the call has ended. I have business class high speed Internet so connection speed not an issue. 3. Needs to function like cellular VoIP app.

I have been using this app (android) from almost a decade and have had a wonderful experience. From the connectivity to the pricing, everything seems perfect. Though I have started facing issues from past few days. I am unable to renew my subscription, neither from the Play Store nor from the website. Moreover, after there was a recent update, now the app states there is no access of majicjack in your area. Team please help out asap, as this used for my office work

Although it's basically still "just" a telephone application, the audio quality of this app has improved steadily over the years/versions of its now fairly-lengthy existence. The companion features list, as well, has grown, along with the technical progress. Granted, just one man's opinion, but one of a licensed broadcast engineer. The price, too, is also "right."

SAMSUNG PHONE A5. I just noticed that in my notifications section for this app, eveything is there in duplicate. Could be the reason my phone has stopped ringing.. It is also around the same time as i got the texting "feature" which has never worked correctly, nothing official should ever be texted through this app, texts get lost, and not just from institutions for verification, normal people's texts. It used to work great. But now, no calls and no texting... FIX duplicate notification or text!

Pennies on the dollar for phone services: the included features without additional cost make it even better. Able to answer home line calls from mobile phone is a great feature that could be used in business. We love the change, mostly because the calls are clear and the service is a deal. Over a year later....update: Works fantastic. No regrets, if you need a landline this is the way to go. It's been solid 100%
