App is improved. I have one request. When I go to metadata manager and select view, then missing episodes. I get a list of all the episodes, which is great, but I can't close the side menu even if I click on the 3 lines on the right side, which just opens another side menu. Please check this and allow us to fold / hide the side menu. I have screenshot but not possible to upload here. Also please make the cover or full choice permanently selected. I don't want to select it for every episode.

Years ago Emby was a pretty solid media server. They've really destroyed a lot though and have been moving backwards for the last couple of years. Without even getting into the server issues, this new "unified" Android app that they've been trying to push on people is the final nail in the coffin. Its mobile-first approach leaves big screen users behind, and the whole thing just feels jittery and poorly made when navigating on Android TV. It's a huge step backwards and only getting worse.

Here's a new wrinkle! I stopped playback, CLOSED THE APP, and it started playing 10 seconds later. I had to go kill it via app info because it wasn't running, it was just playing back. Folks, this has been a problem for months at least. Please fix it. All settings I can find wrt auto play were shut off long ago.

I've now paid for this subscription, because this is a fantastically well made app, service, and system, but I can't seem to get my premium key from anywhere. The app has a feedback loop of user flow for getting or retrieving your key, and it's now saying you've already paid, but I never got an email with a key, and there's no way to get your key from within the app. I'm not sure if I have to wait long or what but I do hope it eventually comes.

Generally very good, however the recent update or two has removed the Auto Organize button that used to show in Auto Organize. I generally have it turned off until I want to use it so now have to turn it on and then go to scheduled tasks to kick it off. Bring the button back within the Auto organize section please. Browser version of emby it's there so has to be this app.

Tried this because after a few years of use, Plex is not working right. This app is a waste of time. Downloaded server, set up library, can not cast to TV because the TV app can't find a server. The router has a dedicated emby port that CAN be seen, but it only plays on the laptop. Same issue with mobile phone.

Viewing experience and UI are good, but man the downloads are basically useless. Have been trying to download for 2 hours and haven't even been able to get one started. This is an online only app, so I just can't give over 3 stars considering other similar apps don't have issues with downloading ime.

The app on average will play one song and then crash while over VPN. This has been happening ever since i bought premium a few months ago. Before that I had no issues. Emby works fine in browser over VPN so I am not sure why the app is so unstable. I dont like giving one star but the app is practically useless for me now.
