Confusing and unreliable. Finding the quickest route when having to transfer often returns illogical results. Also, the digital ticket function doesn't always work, which might result in you being unable to access an already purchased ticket. This app needs to work much better please!!

This app is an absolute farce. It's impossible to log in and unless you're logged in, it's impossible to buy any ticket at all, thus rendering the whole thing completely useless. You're in a hurry and don't have the time to stop by one of the 3 places that sell tickets within a 1km radius? Tough luck...

The UI is quite old school and for some reason they won't give you the option to buy monthly tickets in-app. This honestly I can't understand. Apart from that: Works like a charm for single tickets. Make monthly tickets available and rework the UI and I'll give you 5 stars!

Very poor app experience. New user registration doesn't work. 504 gateway error. Even if the registration page opens after multiple attempts, date of birth field will not work and will not give any pop up to choose date.

Login not possible. Everytime I get the information that my credentials are wrong. Still after password reset and setting new password.

I am not able to download the invoice of a previous expired 49 euro Deutschland ticket. It shows internal error. Is there any other way to downloaf the invoice?

Zero functionality. Registered an account but cant sign in. Tried to reset password but never received email. Cant buy tickets without account.

Just as bad as the rest of RVV. For a while now, I've made a point to report all the problems with RVV to them and the result was always the same: blame it on the customer whenever possible. They're systematically terrible. They somehow make Deutsche Bahn look good.
