Update: I haven't been able to access my season tickets for two days. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used and has gotten worse each year. I have to login each time I open the app to manage tickets. Sometimes login works, sometimes it doesn't. My tickets often struggle to load. When trying to sell tickets, I'm either met with a screen full of loading indicators, or nothing at all. Again sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn't.

the widget which is mainly what i need on the run or something to look at the score doesnt update unless you click it and open the app. defeats the purpose, it doesnt even update after opening the app have to click it everytime and its slow. could at least have a reload button on the widget to show the updated score

App is borderline unusable. My tickets won't always load. It constantly makes me re-sign in. Simple tasks - like delisting then relisting tickets - take several attempts and/or closing of the app. Either always loading or just a blank screen. It's literally only good to be able to save my tickets to my phone's wallet.

Constant crashing. As a season ticket holder, I have been unable to upgrade my tickets using the mobile app. This is a new problem during this new season. Update 12/9: Mobile system still crashing constantly. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times with limited success. Heard that Apple iPhone users arent having these issues. I guess Android users are not valued by the management.

Installed numerous times. Tells me to press continue or enable to turn on Geolocation. Trouble is there is no "continue' or "enable" button showing in the app. This is on a Samsung Galaxy A51. If you're going to make all tickets digital, you better make sure the app works on ALL phones. App sucks.

This app keeps asking me to login when accessing tickets. I second other season ticket holders that this unacceptable. When I sign in, it takes forever to load and I have to close out and go back in to access tickets.

Says I'm not logged in when I am...even states I have to log out first? Says I have no connection. Freezes when posting/editing tickets. I used this site to access tickets, but it doesn't allow me to access my tickets...hopefully there's some kind of massive update coming.

I need to login to the Celtics account to get the tickets I accepted, but it says I don't have an internet connection, which is not right... It's the only option to get my tickets and the app doesn't work, good luck to all on not losing your money
