Still difficult. No English version. the system rejected two of my three credit cards and my paypal, all of which of course are good. I finally got it to work on my third credit card try. this app really needs to be fixed. and there should be an English version as well

Online booking is scam. We bought our tickets via the webpage. We payed correctly and got the confirmation and downloaded the tickets in a PDF. When boarding the bus the driver rejected us from boarding because the tickets are invalid. We had to go back to the ticket office. The bus already left. The ticket office told us that the payment was declined, but it wasn't. It took the money and we could print the tickets. Also, when I logged in to ADO account the tickets were there, without any info.

Horrible. Hours went by trying to book a ticket. No luck. Non of the payment method worked. Even if I confirmed. It never went through. I missed several buses.

app won't load. says it cannot connect to server. website also won't load, unclear how to book tickets.

Doesn't work. Keeps giving me a general credit card error message. I verified Witt the bank the card is good. App sucks

When trying to pay with credit card, it sends a text, but the text does not arrive before the purchase window closes, or when returning to the app to enter the code, it resets, so you have to start over. When clicking Paypal, the app does not move forward. We wasted 1.5 hrs. between last night and this morning trying to buy the ticket and when we got to the bus station to buy in person, the time we wanted was full. Worthless app.

My friend tried to buy a ticket with my credit card. They wrote it didn't work, so I tried another one. The same thing happened again. Then I tried with PayPal and it worked. Now I see on my bill that I paid three times for only one ticket...

People Anyone getting 'concargo' msg after loading - the app is only designed for iPhone. Also, beware if you use the ADO website it will hang (blank pink page) once you get past the seat allocation stage. After some experimentation, I found that you have to turn off all Span-Eng translations option in your bowser and go through the process in Spanish, then it works OK
