Unreliable ticketing system, first incident is using it to check the cost of trip, but the system take the process too far and confirmed the ticket directly. End up over pay for tickets. Second incident is when I completed the process, but never received confirmation email/notification that the Ticket was not issued. Cannot trust this app anymore.

Very good! I appreciate the app keeping track of my itinerary but would really love it to help me confirm or reach out to hotels (like, start a call for me from my itinerary) or interface with airlines. i realize how hard these sorts of interfaces would be, but - wow - any help like this would be appreciated. And maybe the app does some of this but i haven't used it enough tio figure out how. !!

Please allow a toggle to un-group different reservations during the week. It is very annoying to have every reservation of the week grouped as one trip. It would be nice to have an option to turn this off. Also, could you create a toggle to turn off the big warning if I have a flight scheduled, but no accompanying hotel reservation? Every time I try to make a hotel reservation to a location, other than the one with the flight, it pre-populates the location with the "flight" city. Annoying.

App is clunky and difficult to use. If you travel to smaller cities you will be required to use a separate app in order to find lodging and airports. That is actually a direct statement from the so called help team. When asking why the app can't just show closest locations like every other travel app in existence I was given excuses about limitations of the app. I even have an email chain saved for humor purposes on the subject of epic fails. Egencia while not perfect is leaps and bounds better

Four years after I posted the following, (04/17), nothing has improved: I would simply like to have an option to ungroup my reservations. I travel a lot, staying in multiple cities on consecutive nights. It is annoying that all of my various reservations are automatically grouped into one "trip". It should be a simple fix to add a toggle to allow users the option to view their reservations the way they wish to, not the way CWT wants them to. This is a subpar app that could easily be fixed. 👎

Slow, expensive, dropped reservations, and customer service with agents that have no authority to fix CWTs mistakes. I will not book through them ever again. Most recent experience was a ticket that took multiple chat sessions and calls to finally get booked, at a higher price because CWT didn't put the original booking through in time, and I get to pay a $26 "service" fee on top. On the airline site, I would have been done in 19 minutes, at the original lower price without the service fee.

DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR RESERVATIONS. SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE TRIP! No airline confirm code sent. Did not use TSA Pre Check traveler code. Did not send confirmation email or Outlook reminder! Adding a car to a trip is a complete disaster with this app. "Adding" a car should pickup on the dates, times and airport you are flying into and out of. Instead this app treats the car reservation as if it were the only thing you wanted to do. Horrible coding. This App is a nightmare!

Finding a hotel and booking was easy. The one feature I wish it had is a search to "find nearby hotels" if the one you want is sold out. I was trying to book for a conference and the hotel was booked, so I had to google its location, then go to the map and zoom in to find the closest hotels. There should be an easier way.
