Horrible. Worked great until update. Same as others, links and pictures dont load in the emails, and emails just flat out disappear. Sometimes they show for a split second. Then Poof! Gone! You would think an email on your own device would work flawlessly. NOPE! Been waiting for way too long for an update to fix. Forcing me to find another email app.

7/27-Working perfectly until the recent Motorola system update😠 Now it doesn't show pictures, links, etc. For someone who uses email for business this is detrimental, until it's updated or fixed will switch apps. UPDATE 10/26-Is someone trying to tank this app? Now have to click on emails multiple times to open, still doesn't load pictures & links even when I repeatedly update settings, emails sporadically disappear, junk mail in inbox, and for the last 36 hours it refuses to receive new mail!

Doesnt show pictures in email with the most recent phone update. I just downloaded the most recent update on my Z3. After allowing the permissions within the email, it still doesnt load the images. There are certain links within certain emails too that I cannot follow. This app used to work great on my older Z phones, but has been garbage with the Z3, which is the smae for phones the itself. Going to use a different app.

Have used this app for years on several Motorola phones primarily because the app was pre-installed. Worked great on my most recent phone, a Moto z3, until I uploaded the April system update when most of the images in the emails I received no longer showed. Instead got a blue square. Sent an email to Motorola about the problem. They haven't done anything to fix the problem and don't seem interested in doing so. Haven't updated the app since May 2015. So I am moving onto another email app.

Suddenly stopped working. Says that username or password is incorrect when neither is! Can't access the mail. Loaded a different app for email. Meanwhile, an annoying message appears constantly on my phone "Couldn't sign in". I do not recommend this app. Wish I could uninstall it!

Like so many others, worked great for so many years and 3 different Androids I had. Now, one of my accounts can't synch and I can't access the server. It tells me to go to my server administrator lol. That's me, with a hammer, to fix it like the Soviets. Hit with hammer til it works. Time to move on I guess. Also as mentioned, last update Oct. 2015 for the app. Sad.

Horrible email app!! I have tried to setup my email through the app, but it keeps saying "incorrect username or password" when I try to set it up. This is not true because I can log in just fine on my internet browser. Would appreciate a response from Motorola on how to get support to fix this!!

Since updating to the Android 9 Pie software on my Moto Z3, I no longer have the option of selecting a sound notification. It automatically is defaulted to my notification sound. I only have the option to turn off notifications. I want to be notified that I have an email but I don't want the sound.
