Working in IT, I'm used to apps but this is the pits. Very non-user friendly and sometimes nonsensical questions as I tried to help my partner complete an upload of forms for her deceased mother. Some questions didn't make sense. Uninstalled and its better emailing the co-op bereavement team or taking forms to the bank.

not very useful. another messaging system where you have to remember yet another access code. does not add anything to an email service quite the opposite, it's not possible to upload big files, you need to store the files in your phone or a cloud to be able to upload them into the system. same applies when you download files. you still need to transfer them into a PC if you want to edit them

Another JUNK app. Installed it and uninstalled it a number of times tried it on a different device still useless as before. After installing you get promoted to put your full name and phone number in, then next screen comes up saying they sent a SMS code message to your number and nothing comes through, and so on. I would not consider this app at all if it weren't for my associate asking me to use it. TOTALLY WAIST OF TIME.

Used it in the past without issue and would probably have given it 4-5*. Now when I try to use it it freezes on the PIN screen and won't go any further. I've reinstalled it numerous times without success.

Relatively good app helps with the completion and submisdion of information fast secure and efficient. I did struggle with the taking of photographs and document elements a little but on the whole using the app was a new experience for me which I found quite impressive..

Also have given me a chance to actually save and to start a saving pot which is something I have wanted to do but have struggled with.
