The app is generally good, but there's been a lot of payment problems the latest year, hence impossible to book prepaid rates or check in (where payment is required).

Can't login. When I tried to sign up I enter all the information, phone, email, personal details, at the password step then it says I already have an account and suggests to reset password, I didn't get the OTP after multiple times asking for a new code. If I already have an account it should tell me in the beginning of the process. And the OTP for password reset doesn't arrive.

Over all it's working fine but there are some usability issues. Booking is certainly much better than on the web site. But if I want to use app in dark mode (as is my phone default setting), then I don't see half the data, as it's white text on white background - it only switches the text white, while the background stays the same. The electronic key doesn't actually work.

Good looking, easy to understand. Unfortunately the app is full of bugs. A lot of technical errors popping up during booking of a room and viewing upcoming bookings. Bookings made within the app results in duplicated bookings, whitout any way to even see or cancel the duplicates. This app needs some quality testing and bug fixing.

Borderline unusable due to app critically crashing on log-in if forgetting to log-out from my account upon closing. Once inside it does what it is supposed to. Nothing more, nothing less, but I use Nordic Choise in line of work and I have removed and re-installed the app well over 30 times now because it works first time and after logging in. If I for some reason closes the app without logging out it critically crashes before I get to the log-in and only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall.

Really bad . Every couple of days it forgets your saved password which you then have to reset...However after pressing " forgot password " it dies not send you a link . Always crashes when you do eventually get into the app and vouchers do not show up , mobil key has never worked for me either.. Yeah I could book on the nett but you apparently get a bigger discount booking via app ..shame as it never works!!!!!
