The app is super cool to use. I was skeptical whether it will work and just thought will give a try. Recieved my photo book within a week. I was so thrilled looking into my photo book, the quality of paper used and the layout was excellent. As for the customer service they were cooperative and helped place the final order. Hi, I received the album, it was wonderful, was a little skeptical about the matte finish, but it turned out to be really nice. Loved it. the contrast, the paper quality and the print and the alignment, everything was wonderful. And really grateful for considering the time constraint and sending it before time. The only good thing about using this app is the photos printed are of really good quality. Rest everything else is troublesome. The app is just not upto the mark and looks like it's created by amateurs. It lags and crashed a lot and is a total headache to deal with. There is no tracking available for your order in the app. All the 4 & 5 star reviews given are obviously fishy and rigged

I am glad that I found keepsake..it's a user friendly app and can easily make your album with its minimal features..the app is fast and easy to work with. About the print quality..its totally worth it..and on time delivery.. expecting to print more albums..hope the quality remains the same..need more font styles..nd their customer service is good..prompt reply keep it up keepsake..!

Quick to deliver. Quality also very nice. Supportive n helpful interaction. Except one problem after sharing photos if you could yourself check out whether resizing required or no. That could help as my few photos even after I resized they were cut. Rest all great.

Overall good experiance.. Things to be change 1. Some more designer layout should be introduce. 2. In text section regional language should be present 3. Lastly but very important packing box should be as hard as possible. As my hard cover album is band in middle..
