This app has always worked fine up until recently. The app is not allowing me to redeem my points. The message "Redirecting to home page..." appears and that's it. Nothing else happens.

Excellent app gives me the ability to recognize coworkers accomplishments on the go, as well as redeem my own points. My only complaint is that when searching through rewards it doesn't display all items, you scroll to the bottom of the 'page and that is all. You don't have the option to go to the next page or to view additional items. There are more rewards but you can't view them through continuous scrolling.

Simple to use app with a nice clean layout. Used for my workplace in sending ecards, community nominations to my peers, and also to check on my points catalog for purchases. Wished however the text boxes is easier to type in, and understands to format the punctuation or capitalization (simple string of programming to add in). Otherwise it's been great.

Used to work fine. Now the catalog won't load and I can't use it. Have to log in via my laptop. Hopefully they fix this issue soon.

Horrible, disconnects every hour or so and needs pairing code each time. Edit: after installing the latest update, it is working great. Updated: once again it is very horrible, the points never refreshes on Android app. Glad I have IOS device as well, Uninstaller this app right away.

Order has been made and message shown will send a notification on my success order to my email. Problem is that I've waited for 3 days no email was send to me. Went back to the app and couldn't find the history of my order details. Not sure if the order is really successful or it's just a scam. I thought it was supposed to be an apps that is recognising and appreciate the hard work of ur colleagues or workers. But till the end, it ends up with nothing. What a disappointment 😔

Since the end of March 2020, the app has been very laggy. Takes longer than normal to select recipient and then takes longer to move to the ecard section. The overall process still goes through to completion, but it just takes way longer than it did previously. Please fix. It's a great app otherwise.

Its frustrating that when you forget your password, there is no option to reset. You keep getting opportunities to try another password. If, I already went through all my password options, can I have the option to reset? Every app provides a forgot password option except this one. Really frustrating!
