Have a 40 user odoo sh ee subscription for over 2 years. This ERP is about 75% complete. You will find many functions across apps that are half done and need customization and configuration through a network of partners. The cost of this is often more than the subscription itself. Generally very opaque services by partners.

Useless application don't purchase any subscription. Software has so many errors. You can't use it properly. I am already using for 1.2 month. When i talked to their customer service they only create usless tickets nothing solves , save your money guys and stay away from this software.

Odoo is great, I completed build ecommerce website completely within 10 days, all payment provider and shipping provider integration works fine. But the SEO not friendly, the product URL is not customisable. How to contact customer support team.

The app is nice but am having problem with the payment method, PayPal,Strip are not available in my Country only Payoneer is available in my Country but You don't have it on your payment system

Really bad app on web and mobile. If you pay premium you can not cancel it by your self. It is not even possible to see that you are subscribed to the app. It just saya when your subscription is going to expire and then they will charge you and send you a bill and they won't gave you a refund. Also templates for bills are really hard to set up, and there is only one with 4 text colors. When you add a bill with another valute it does not recognize anither valutes. Overall really bad experience

Terrible customer service. Well, more specifically very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The app is going away, so if you are looking for both web and an app based solution, this is not something to take time to set up. The pricing, although says free, is misleading. To use any of the features the cost starts over $20 per user per month, per service. Example, "Sales" is one service, "Projects" is one service. For a small business trying to grow, the pricing is unattainable.

Does not work with self hosted enterprise version. It just says the connection is not secure and keeps asking for the login. FYI, I do have a valid SSL certificate installed and works fine on the web browsers and yes it's also accessable over the internet... Just not using this app. I'm also running the latest version as of this writing of Odoo 17.
