I can't login. It say maximum login attempt exceeded. Then, I reset password. Still can't login. Even when logged in successfully last time, it doesn't remember me. I had to log in again. And again the same problem even though the password was correct. It said maximum login attempt exceeded.

Typical HK rubbish. Takes about 2 hours to set up, and there is no help at all. I guess there are restrictions on what passwords you can use, but it doesn't tell you anywhere what they are. So you just have to try to find one that will work. And because it won't let you attempt to login after a couple of failed attempts (with the password that you set, but wasn't accepted, even though you got a success message), you have to reinstall 10 times before you finally succeed.

Avoid this company. Prices are double their competitors, the amount of spam and advertising they throw at you once you've signed up is absurd. I asked multiple times to be taken off "the club" email, text notification lists to no avail. During expiration of my contract I was harassed by retention agents several times each telling me they hadn't been able to contact me on previous attempts when I stated on every call I had no intention to sign an extension. The website seriously needs rework

It used to be a 3-minute task to top up my prepaid card through the website of csl but now I was requested to download this app to proceed. It took me more than 15 minutes and I still can’t top up my card due to its complexity and csl server maintenance. I don’t see the point of having this extra app on my phone to waste my phone storage just for using it once every few months, and let’s face the fact that it failed to help me on the one and only task I wanna complete using this app.

Dear CSL, this app update is unusable. It is now not possible for me to get to the page where I can select a top up. It defaults to my balance screen and will not navigate away from it. I did delete it and reinstall, same issue.
