Rewards wouldn't work through the app. Tried to order through the website, it said I had to use to app to apply rewards. Tried to order through the app, the rewards were there but they wouldn't apply to the cart. Frustrating. We ended up calling in the order. No point to keep the app. Will be deleting.

The app's functionality is smooth. For example, while scrolling through the side dishes selection, it makes selections that I'm not selecting. I know that it's because it's "tracking", but it's still annoying.

Ordered $100+ of food, received text message order was canceled, and to contact the restaurant. Contacted the restaurant, and they told me to call delivery service because they couldn't help me. Then my credit card was actually charged! They didn't even take the charge off of my card! So, I had to dispute the charge, and now bye-bye Outback

Seriously!? I went to create an account, and it said there was already an account with my email. So I went to login. Couldn't remember the password, so I had them send a reset code to my email. Reset code never arrived. I have to assume at this point that Outback does not want my business.

A very nice place to enjoy a meal. Recently re-connected with an old friend from high school. we graduated 1 year apa. My friend from high school and I have reconnected recently. We come to Outback to have dinner together. We graduated many years ago, 1957 in fact and served on our reunion committee when we had combined reunions with her class of 1956. Your food and service is outstanding.

not the first time I've had issues applying my reward when ordering online. the rewards section, in general, always seems to not be working when I try to open it. convenient..
