Love my Pax3 helped a 50 year tobacco smoker give up and I don't miss it. Used to love app as well. When I changed phone, this changed. I only used Heating control and 5 settings, 🧑‍🎓 section cool, but era and pod section is useless in Spain/Europe. Can't buy them. App works but no longer stays open in background have to work around by shutting app and removing cache. Hope you look in to this. Your response to this issue was waiting for the app update. Still waiting!! Two & half⭐ fairer.

Wow, what a difference over a year. Last August I rated this 5 stars. Everytime I use this I have re add, and half the time it jumps from 370-390 range. Super disappointed with the "updates" pax has released. I'm at the point now where I'd RATHER PAY to use this app so it can function PROPERLY then be stuck with a $200 device that can't decide if it's connected to my phone or what the actual temperature is. I hope it gets fixed, I feel bad for newcomers, not a good first impression for them.

Should be zero stars! We love our PAX3, hate this version of the app. 4/19/19 update: It just keeps getting worse! This version continues to hang during the syncing process of pairing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the ap, restarted my phone, turned off/on bluetooth and location services, all to no avail. This is really bad ... two PAX3 vapes with limited/basic function ... :(

This was an amazing device at first! I even got two of the pax era's with custom laser inscriptions on them, beasuse they were on sale for over half off. I thought what a steal of a deal! I was horriably wrong.. but only later. The era version was able to do all the dynamic modes pretty easily, stealth/flavor was my favorite! Then they updated their app and its never worked well again; took away dynamic modes for the era version, hardly stays connected now, dosent have a long range for sessions!

erased old review. a newer model phone took care of the connectivity issues. now i enjoy the app, especially the "sweet spots" for flavor and vapor. one suggestion: can you offer a save feature for specific pods? if i change pods, i have to search the name again. it'd be easier to heart a pod and then one-click change when you switch them out.

for some reason it will not sync with my Era 3. I can't search either. It says that I need an internet connection. there is no way I can find for a setting to use mobile data. That is very frustrating. maybe fix this that in a later update. Also the app is not picking up on the information from the cartridge that is inserted. Not sure if it's the company or the Cart itself.

A few days ago I purchased a PAX 3, and I was excited to finally use a PAX, especially with this app promising precise temperature control and more! After using the vape and this app for a few days, I noticed how glitchy the app is. It would rarely connect to the PAX, and when it did it would end up showing erroneous temperature readings. Turns out, a newer update broke it. I had to find an old APK and disable updates to use and it works perfectly now! PAX Labs, this is absurd. Fix these issues!

Was a 5star review... However, now the app keeps opening up by it's self and on then I get bombarded by notifications. Probably, a side effect from a recent app update. Regardless, I'm close to deleting and using my Era without the detailed controls. Updated - I appreciate the response; honestly, I didn't expect it. I did adjust notification settings to reduce issues.
