Most tedious, impossible to navigate, should have icons for things like you accidentally make a duplicate punch in, you can delete it. Instead of that icon existing, there is no way to delete it other than make a request. While you're waiting for that request to be confirmed, the app sends a bunch of notifications letting you know you accidentally made a duplicate punch in. Also because I have to use this app for my work, I had to go through the extremely annoying process of verifying everything

The interface feels outdated. Would be nice if the clocking method had a better confirmation, rather than a small text pop up showing it was successful, which makes it easy to think it wasn't, since it shows up for one second(Either make it so if a specific. Ex. "Clock in," then give a warning of some type that it has been pressed already; or disable it for that day). Overall, it is not too bad. Did have a co-worker's clocked in punches completely dissappear from a previous week.

While it is pretty easy to use. I hate how I have to go to another time edit. While it is easy to put it in. It doesn't show what you want it to change to. On the time sheet. You have to go to another page. Only allowed to look at one at a time. It would be so much easier to check if they just had a different color time if you had to make a time edit.

Very user un-friendly. Too many fields with too many drop-down items. The fields to enter text get covered with all the menu items so u have to back out and start over, and you can't see content. On 4 different occasions, the app has punched me In and Out on days that I don't even work. To request a change, delete, etc, you have to go into too many different areas of the app and everything needs approval from employer, even the simplest edits. Spins around ,loading for a long time upon log-on.

Horrible application. Have to waste my time logging hours over and over because it doesnt save 90% of the time. Cannot save pay stubs. Most of the "features" do not even work. I recommend using the mobile web client over this. If you ever get a version of the app that works, never update it because the new update will break any functionality you may have had.

Our company just switched from Efficenter to Paycom and none of us can figure this thing out. I've been told as well that our GM has tried calling with several questions about the entire system, not just the app, and has received no response. The whole switch is giving everyone a headache and I for one cannot stand this system. Only have it because I have to. Update: We have since switched away from this company. Thankfully no more need for this app. Uninstalled as soon as I could.

My work got this new system and it constantly crashes. It takes forever to connect to IP address for punch ins. Also somehow all W2s got messed up due to Paycom. They forgot to include state taxes and such. It was a disaster. But it got fixed. I just feel that there is not enough time put into this app before being released. It has great potential. But maybe for small business only.

Every time I log-in to Paycom, I have to input a PIN, which isn't in itself a chore, but on desktop, I need to enter a username, password, and SSN, which seems arbitrary and redundant, especially on a private computer. In the app, there is a permanent messages notification from a supervisor, and there is no way to make the notification go away. I press the message icon, the message appears on screen, and I navigate away, the message notification returns every time. It's a visual nuisance.
