Most recent update has rendered the app useless. States that location permissions are required for functionality, but it's not enough. Only way I got it to work was briefly giving full permission for camera, location and notifications which shouldn't be necessary. Not to mention the pop up asking for permission is glitching and you have to continually press allow to move on. The deny button does nothing.

Cannot get past the verification screen. The app crashed as soon as it's put on and I have to restart the process. Have yet be able to log in to the app.

I'm sure the app is great, but it never works. There's always "issues connecting to the server," which is never a problem in the browser.

Can't log in. Never been able to and have Uninstalled and reinstalled many times but it always kicks me out before I can look at my account. I have to use my web browser.

App tends to be really laggy. I've had it crash multiple times within a 15 minute time frame when trying to add my phone number and direct deposit information. It's a really nice user interface though that's easy to use.

Does not show me all my claims. It only shows the current claim. Shows no record of previous claims. 09/2/23 Still a terrible app. Worse than ever before. I had to reset my password 4 times in the last 4 months. The app picks and chooses when to let me in. And the website also will jot let me sign in. Absolutely garbage of a company. I wish my place of employment would go with someone else to manage our FSA.

After enabling investment account, I cannot get to that account after I made an investment. The spinning wheel never stops spinning. Cannot stop app without killing the app.. Useless app for managing investments. This app is only good for managing healthcare transactions.
