Seems you can't do anything with it or not intuitive at all. It won't weigh my cats says to add them, there is no spot to add them that I can find. Just says how many times it has been used. The app is pretty useless. I had another automatic cat litter and the app was great would tell me if there was problems, if bag was full, level of cat litter... this one instead is so far useless. But the cat litter so far seems working well... so far.

I'm using the Fresh Element Solo Smart Pet Feeder for dry food. Took a while to set up the PetKit app. It wasn't until I unplugged and plugged in the feeder waited for the rapid flashing light was I then able to quickly upload the app. I'm able to set the app on multiple devices. There is a delay when it's time for the feeder to dispense food. Logging in is very annoying have to use a access code that's sent to my email and is only active for 10 minutes.

So the app is ok. A few notes... Engineers take notice... It would be nice if it connected via wifi instead of just bluetooth. We all use different bluetooth devices during the day; whether at home or in the car. When at home where my cat water is, my phone is usually connected to my headphones or my soundbar, not my cat water because why? It would be really nice to at least set a reminder on the app to add water, or EVEN better yet, a sensor that lets the user know water level is low OVER W

I have 2 Fresh Element Gemini feeders and a PuraMax litter box. The hardware is great, but recent software updates are terrible. When the litter box is full, maintenance mode gets disabled, so I have to unplug the machine in order to empty the waste container without getting an error message. The low food warning on the feeders is actually a no food indicator.

I've been using the Petkit robot litter box for 8 days now, and it has been a game-changer! My cats took to it right away, and it's been working perfectly. I love how easy it is to monitor and manage through the Petkit app. The app is intuitive and provides useful data like when the litter box was last cleaned and the weight of each cat after use. It's been a great investment.

Product is great, app is user friendly but can earn higher star rating with enhancements. One obvious issue is not sync with daylight savings. The settings stick to the time when 1st set up is completed. And would be great if multiple programs can be set.

I absolutely love this. Finally with my busy schedule my girl can ALWAYS have a clean box. Maintenance is easy peasy. That being said there is still some room for improvement. I only have 1 cat in the house. I would like to be able to tell the app that. Weights for my one cat fluctuate tremendously from day to day. They can vary by greater than 1 pound in a single day.

Changed the router at home, then spent about 2 hours to have PuraMax reconnecting back to the network... Tried everything I could, and it's still not working! Turns out either the device or the App cannot connect to the same network it once connected. The email help center stopped responding after their first response, even though all they did was proving information I can find online. We have to figure out the solution on our own. Will definitely avoid buying their products in the future!
