Your single objective as a startup is to make life easier, not harder. I cant continue to access my account because you only allow me to access it through app, and your app is inaccessible because of VPN that i dont even have. I spent more than 2.5 hours just trying to reset my password. This is how you SHOULDNT MIX UX and UI designers !!!

Easily one of worst app i have ever installed on my phone. 1. It runs slow, so slow that just opening the apps takes longer on my phone than installing other apps. 2. I don't usually be bothered by bad app ui/ux design, but this one is on another level. It's super confusing to navigate trough. 3. This app somehow let trough my verification under different name with my ID card which it itself autofills. Now i have a digital certificate that aren't even under my real name.

What is this, the update actually makes it difficult to find documents that have been signed or are still in draft. The update does not make things easier, it actually makes things more difficult. Frequent updates but the application is getting worse

the stability & scalability this app is the worst! don't you guys have mitigation planning to handle this kind of traffic?? the app keep crashing, even when you inside the app can't even load the personal plan status from the user, and then constant loading to upload the document, after that the docs that has been added e-meterai is gone and the e-meterei balance is deducted. this is not an app, this is a JOKE! shame on all of you guys that reviewing this. "it's us not you" well do smth then!

I forgot the ID and the system told me to find it on the email and it's gone, why can we log in with the email? It is not very practical, worst app ever! You can't register on web, app only and the worst is when it is on maintenance, you can't register nowhere! Worst! Your CS and Help Desk do not help. What in the world the WhatsApp is not available? And you also always ask for NIK, no one can just give you NIK! No privacy at all!

Absolutely sub-par of an App. Embarrassing "liveness test", sluggish, cluttered UI/UX, COUNTLESS "internal server error", forcing paid plan to utilize basic functions. This app succeeded in making simple task becoming extremely tedious

The app won't let you change password, it require you to use special character but can't recognize any scecial characters. Also its sluggishly slow,

This app is a scam, i bought 2 e-stamp, failed to use because app error but it still deduct my estamp balance, already make a complain to the support desk for this problem and asked for refunds, it has been 2 weeks and they never give any refund, they even deleted my draft document that was failed to put the estamp. Ini aplikasi maling, beli ematerai 2 gagal dipakai karena aplikasinya error, saldo tetap terpotong, sudah buat laporan dan minta refund sudah 2 minggu tidak diproses! Pura2 ga tau.
