What a joke of an app. Four years ago I was able to add a listing but now it is just impossible to add a second one. It is impossible to get an activation code needed by the listing. The interface is just bad, back-button does not work and gives frequent errors when collecting data, not to mention you cannot even use the DigID app, you are forced to receive 3 sms codes every time you try to do something.

I cannot enter an activation code. The delen button does not work. I hit it and nothing happens. This is ruining my housing applications. Please help.

The app is not does not offer english option. One day, I Managed to use it once to apply for a house. Next day I cannot use it again for some reason, and I cannot even login through the laptop browser. I go to forgot login details to reset them, it takes me to a faq which does not have a "forgot login" page. Get serious guys.

Keep getting error after error preventing me from logging in. What a joke of an app.

Probably the worst app I've had to use in my life. User interface is just horrible and it gives error after error. Using the app gives you the feeling of being trapped in an endless loop. Even when they say to contact help desk it is just a dead end since link is not working. A few weeks ago I was able to reach them somehow and already informed about the link not working but still the same. At least customer service is nice, they do what they can with the horrendous app they have.

The app just doesn't work at all. Nothing works! Everytime I open it I have to login again with an email activation link, then when I enter the code to start collecting data, "a technical error" occurs and the app freezes. I close the app and then it starts all over again. Worst app I've ever used, and now I can't respond to housing listings online. What a joke.

Worst app I've ever used and I have a smart phone for over 12 years. This app literally drives you to Insanity, you can't login using the code that's provided, you get error upon error. When uninstalling and trying to fix the issue you can't. You can't use the back button, the app freezes and crashes constantly. I am just baffled how an app working with such sensitive private data can be so bad that I am really worried how secure this actually is. If I could give it zero stars I would!

Unusable and frustrating This app is a necessity to apply for many rental apartments in the Netherlands, yet the basic functionality is frequently broken. I cannot add a new apartment and share my information. The only thing this app was designed to do, it cannot do reliably. An absolute travesty.
