this crm is a must stay away. the functionality and operation of the software is bad enough to make you go through multiple extra steps to complete one goal or function. the app does force quit when it wants with no warning. the app is a good way to lose those sales people you treasure. try putting your head in a door frame and shutting it multiple times and you will get more pleasure from that than using the app. good luck using it or just don't if you value your life.

I had to retired early after my company switched over to Focus. It literally gave me brain damage trying to figure out how to use this app. Reading other reviews from years ago, same issues persist with no fix. Reynold has abandoned this app. I hope my review will persuade your management to stay far away from Focus or you will hate selling cars. Impossible to find my customers, have to click 8 options to get to the option I want, and constantly freezes and crash. This is your only warning ⚠️

App keeps crashing. Can't access text templates on Android version

Absolute trash! Crashes every single time you back out of a client profile and will not reload without logging back in. Update 6/11/22:. I realized I was being too kind in my former review if I could rate this app with negative stars I would... the crashing issue has not been resolved. That is bad enough on its own, but the functionality of the app was trash to begin with.

Experience thus far has being numerous 0 null errors where nothing loads. Each time this happens, I have to delete the app and reload it in order for it to work. Is this app non functional with Droid? It appears so....if you have a Droid phone, be ready for unexpected Null alerts at the most inopportune times

Issues with Queue and Performance have improved, but are not gone. The queue constantly removes users. In addition, many devices freeze at random. Great concept plagued with glitches. Top notch support. Hope they fix these problems soon! Could be the best CRM app in the industry if they can squash the bugs.

Way under developed and unintuitive. Different logic and business rules for the app as compared to the laptop/desktop GUI. Unresponsive to inquiries. Logs you off constantly. Super unfriendly and no end user visible improvement in years

too slow and too many design flaws that prevent it from helping efficiently. every time an issue is brought up, we get told that its a problem with the user and not the app. AND HOW DOES AN APP GET WORSE THE LONGER ITS OUT?!?
