Ruckus app used to work fine, this system was installed by my home builder as part of my smart home. It's soooo difficult to login the Ruckus. Started after the update, I get "unable to login unleashed remotely." I've gone through settings and even invited myself 7 times as a remote user. No Joy! It's become a difficult system to manage. When I do get in, I can't navigate through the different APs, it'll kick me with that same message. I may switch to something less frustrating

Been using this app for years without issues but suddenly it seems to have lost all my networks, now I just see "No Unleashed network exists!". I've tried logging out and then back in again and cleared the storage of the app but no luck. Not sure if it's caused by a recent update or what.

Works good for managing our network. The biggest problem is that it opens with a pop up window saying locations permission must be enabled even if it is enabled and requires touching a small close button. That window should only appear if it doesn't have the right permissions

The app loses connection and says to check internet. Which is running perfectly... every single time you click on app there is some sort of error... restarted app & router from scratch and same problems... using 3 erros and they work great . The ruckus system is a hit and miss...

I'm on app version 11.133.1. I used it to upgrade my APs from 200.13 to 200.14. Now the app will no longer connect to my APs. It tells me "Unable to reach Unleashed Network remotely." My APs are functioning fine because I can still wirelessly connect to the Internet, but I can no longer manage my Unleashed Network.

Great free solution for private use. After using this for a while now I must say it's really working well. The connection troubleshooting is amazing. I just wish there was a list of hardware that's compatible with the unleashed hardware, switches etc. Already at 4 x r510's and counting.

The wifi is good but the app is really very bad. I have enabled remote mangement on the network but still the mobile app doesnt allow to access the network. Even when on the same unleashed wifi network. I am able to access the same on my computer but not on my phone.

This is about the app only not the device. It is noy user friendly as far as logging in. I did this a while back, when I got it installed. Now I wanted to log back in, but the options for resetting the password are not what i expected. When you click on forgot my password, it gives you a message that you need to log in and set up password reset. And before someone asks why I don't have it somewhere else, we lost the notebook. You should be able to get this fixed without having to call.
