Terrible, broke my phone and had to get a new one and it erased all my data. I called Safeway and they said just fill out a sheet manually with everything on it. How am I supposed to remember a years worth of driving. Customer support was terrible, LEARN HOW TO SAVE USERS DATA ONTO THEIR ACCOUNT. And Safeway said it's not their app when it says their name on the developer. Use a different app that saves your data

It was working, but then after I hit like 52hrs on it, it stopped working, even when I un-installed and reinstalled it. I couldn't even access any of my driving hours. And I have my test coming up just around the corner too. It wouldn't even pass the loading screen for like a week at this point

My son has had to delete and re-download the app multiple times. When he opens the app it is white and has circle spinning. Data has not been saving. It has been very frustrating.

Do not use this app. It has erased all of our driving log twice now. 12 months of driving completely lost. I emailed and their response was to print off a sheet from the DMV website and manually log the hours from memory. Seriously, 12 months of drives from memory.. I told them to fix the app and make it reliable or pull it from use. Unbelievable, my daughter takes her test in 3 weeks and has to turn in 50 hours of driving log which we now have no way of producing.

Update: it looks like they corrected these problems. The latest update made this so worthless. I can no longer see the total night hours separated in the main screen. Also clicking on the the email log does nothing. So now I can't print my log.
