I am so disappointed this doesnt work at all, when my loved one calls me it doesnt ring, even when i have the app open i get no notifications no nothing. When trying to video call myself it gives me a screen where i can block him or click his name again, just so it reloads my contacts again. I was trying to submit a support ticket via the app itself but guess what? The submit button doesnt work.

0 stars is better fitting. Terrible app! It glitches and freezes in the visits and during other requests. Most of the time, you will have to try more than 3 times to get an action to complete. For example, my verification expired? So I'm attempting to upload my id and verification photos. When I press submit, NOTHING happens. I've attempted this about 8 times within the last hour.

So much reverb. Dropped calls. Volume issues. Sometimes the app and video visits freeze. Should get reimbursed for video and phone calls when you have issues. Cost is very high! Should have an expected level of quality . When the fees paid are high standards they should be held to. You pay because you have to , bit you should be able to see and hear each other

I love this app, I can talk to my man while he is away. But the app has some issues, like I've had 2 calls drop and once, the app crashed in the middle of the call. Which is extremely frustrating because calls cost and it's not that easy to get the call going. Minor issues that would be great if they were fixed, thank you!

It works when it wants to work. Drops visits a lot. It won't connect to my Bluetooth so I have to use headphones or I won't hear the inmate at all. Not a great app in any way. Update: it will not allow video calls at all now. It doesn't even give an option to call anymore after I loaded $30 which I now can't use or get a refund for. This app is one of the worst and most trash apps around. Fix it or give up.

OMG! How does this app even EXIST?! Honestly, the system should really cut this contract loose and fine a better solution. We are paying to use this feature to communicate with loved ones but instead we end up paying to deal with the glitches & bad experience....... wow.... The messaging app is even WORSE! Glitches THROUGHOUT EVERY single message, throws me out on EVERY message I'm trying to get through, I'm battling the FREEZING screen & for 1 small message, takes at LEAST 10-15 to type out!

Worse app and service ever created! Unfortunatly, its the only way to visit someone at a select facility! Sometimes, when myself or the inmate answers, there is just a black screen and no audio. Also, my app just shows a blank white screen A LOT! It is also more expensive to pay via card instead of going to the facility, in which I have no choice right now but to pay by card. This app is awful!!

2 stars is being generous! In the past month I've lost out on probably 50$ JUST due to problems with the visits, wasting time and money on visits where you can't talk to each other.. It will connect and we're unable to hear or see each other, or lag so bad it's impossible to hold a conversation, the video quality is so bad at times it's nothing but a blur, the audio is spotty at best, it's become a nightmare seriously! Makes my life hell. Whether I'm on the app or in chrome I have problems.
