it's a fantastic app but missing some features that I would like to see. The primary one would be an options menu from the workout menu. while I'm in a workout I want to be able to easily switch between kg and lb options and would also like to be able to see how an exercise is performed. Otherwise I really like that I can track macros and stuff in the app and I like being able to add sets if I feel I need more volume.

Loving the app for programming and tracking progress in the gym. The longer you use it the more the AI can adapt to your needs and weak points. The nutrition side needs a bit of work to make it easier to navigate. Nutritionix Tracker is great to pair alongside EvolveAI. I would love to see a page on the app where you can see your progress in individual exercises and what your next workout looks like (sets/reps/resistance). Would recommend!

I completed Evolve 34 weeks program doing the powerbuilding program. It had a lot of volume with lots of accessory exercise. The volume can be overwhelming doing the hypertrophy phase but you learn to adjust with lots of exercises at your disposal. You are able to make changes within the app. For instance changing your rep rage or from powerbuilding to powerlifting. I did not make any changes but it's there. I can say it did me wonders with my physique. Sign up online its cheaper. Thanks!!

Great app for training. I have been able to progress above and beyond plateaus by just following an app. This app has taken the stress out of programming allowing me to focus on others aspects of life while still improving in the gym. It's a little slow but I've noticed that it has gotten faster with time and new features have been rolled out during my use. Thanks

excellent training app, way more than just a "program", evolve keeps the work load balanced percectly between stress and fatigue. i have run several differant program templates and also differant A.I style app, Evolve has been the best training experience i have had out of all of them. I am currently training for a meet in September, thanks to evolve I am confident I will be ready to set new PRs. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to compete or anyone just trying to get strong.

This app stinks. For starters, it's 2 different prices depending on where you subscribe (14.99 on the website and 20.99 if you sign up on the app). Not really sure why this is, but it is very deceiving. The app itself is always crashing and messing up. On top of that, the way the workouts are programmed seem random and the volume is ridiculously high. Also, it is an exact ripoff of Juggai, albeit much cheaper but still a copy. I unknowingly paid the higher price on the app and was denied refund.

I've been using the app for about 10 weeks now. Had very few crashes. Program is pretty much the same as jugg ai which is fine for me. Needs a fix with the interaction between benchmarks and rep max attempts. You have to turn benchmarks off to get the RPE 10 set to show which is a little annoying. I really like the benchmark sets though!

Reskinned version of the JTS app for a lower cost. I originally supported it because the team member, Garret, had provided amazing customer service. I'm 1 session in, during the begining of my meet prep. My app has crashed at least 25 times. Nothing I am doing seems to fix it.. tried force stopping the app, and tried restarting my phone. I even moved to a location with better reception in the gym. I'm halfway through today's session and my app won't resume. My wife's app does work fine, however.
