I recently started using the Smartix Watch CrossFit Pro X Black. The app struggles to maintain a consistent connection with the watch and frequently crashes on Android phones. Health monitoring activities do not sync promptly with the phone, and there is no account creation feature, making it difficult to set up. Both the firmware and app need improvements to be more user-friendly. On the positive side, the product boasts a high-quality display and is smooth to use. Overall upgrade recommended.

a very bad application and watch it is a waste of money I have a bold watch and it keeps factory resetting while I sleep or practice and when I tried to font repair from the app I lost the fonts and couldn't do firmware repair factory reset is not returning the fonts again

AGPS sync error comes up and I'm not able to use any of the activities in the watch Atleast show some error popup when I click on AGPS sync on app Nothing shows up and I have a doubt that even this feature works or not

The application is excellent and has many functions. However, it would be awesome if you added the battery percentage for the charge.

i think there watches doing job beyond there cost. here from Kuwait in Best store these are the Moderate expensive and good quality watches we have. i love there watch dial designs.

Not able to login in the app for data storage, kind of suck spent money on the watch which is not worth it

Low features , App doesnt have even single update , old functions , many bugs , watch is good but this app is worst.. fix these things ASAP, Need more features and functions.
