Update: I originally gave this game 5 stars. I knocked it to one, because of continuing problems. It freezes solid, at the loading screen, during game and other issues. At times it won't upload at all. This has happened twice so far. If I delete the app and reinstall, I lose everything and have to start all over. I emailed the company, they asked me to send an email through the game app. I gave them all info they asked for, never heard back. Shame was a cute,fun game. Uninstalled it.

Been playing for years. My game glitches out badly and wouldn't open tonight. My son had to Uninstall and reinstall the app. My progress for the most part except I was further along in Rudy's season..not a huge deal. But all my power ups I guess u call them..the 3 things I can choose before u enter a level were set at 3 each. I had saved up a TON of them and now they are gone. Please help! Thank you!

Love The challenges and the bright colors and the difference backgrounds. But there is a ❓ it states gold bars. Well I've been playing this every since it came out without buy anything and I still don't get any gold bars. Why even have them if you never give them. If I can't beat a level I just keep challenging myself till I beat it.

Love this game. Is fun not to much ad. But there is some love that it gives you alot time to play. And ways to earn your diamond without watching ad recommend game I play alot of games and this one is my number one so far

This game cheats alot. You make a rocket or arrow or a special move and it doesn't give you what you made on the playboard. But otherwise it's a cute game.

I love this new game! Love the prizes everyday, thanks so much! However, their is one issue. The "level up" was on a few hrs ago. I completed a couple of levels. Then, once I enter back in it was gone. I should still have more time. Please tell me if you can fix this problem.

I was enjoying this game, as I did previous versions of it, over Christmas, in past years. However it is refusing to advance to level 27 as it claims it is doing a "big cleanup" and tells me I have no Internet connection (wrong!) or I need to update my operating system (also wrong.) I shall have to uninstall and try Christmas Sweeper 3. 27/11/23 Exactly the same problem with Sweeper 4. And I can't contact support through the app because it won't accept either of my email accounts.

The game was brilliant to start with. After building up loads of boosts by watching annoying ads, an annoying ad banner covered them up. Uninstalled 3 times because of it. Now Uninstalled for good. Shame because it was very enjoyable to start with
