Update resulted in the loss of at least one of my programs. Keeps switching from controlling both hearing aids to adjusting them individually. Lost statistics info. Appears to be adding stuff such as a "step counter" that is not even remotely connected to the use of hearing aids. App worked just fine before and the latest version is NOT acceptable. Update 12 14 2024 App has completely trashed access to my hearing aids. 3rd time. App will not allow any access to my hearing aids. -10 stars

Two hours with the lamest, poorest excuse of an app prompts me to write as much. I am software literate and you need ESP + an engineering degree to pair your aids after piecing together disconnected instruction, backing up, researching on Google, and still not getting a connection on one ear. Shame on the shear laziness of this app for failing a step by step continuous process, and failing to explain simple things, such as how to turn on and off aids instead of assuming I have ESP.

I installed a new program that fits my hearing better than the program my provider put on which you cannot change or update. My hearing aids keep switching back to the provider program and will not stay on my program. Very irritating.

Have spent way too much time trying to reconnect my hearing aids. The app did not find the right hearing aid, so per instructions I unpaired both and have been trying to repair. Nada. Very frustrating.

Great program linked to my hearing aids let's me adjust volume and directional hearing depending on the situation. Eg. Restaurant, crowds etc. From my cell phone.

Does not reliably work the way it's suppose to. I have to reconnect my hearing aids almost daily Bluetooth connection quits on it own and then takes forever to reestablish.

I use this app every time I watch TV. It works well and provides nice ambient sound in my hearing aids. However, one annoying fault is in the TV connector screen. There is an icon there that looks like it would mute the sound, but it does not work. Being able to mute the sound would be very useful when answering phone calls or speaking to someone in the room. Tapping the ear to mute the aids does not always work correctly.

Pairs each hearing aid but can't get hearing aids to answer calls nor stream audio. Only good for seeing battery level and adjusting aids ie. restaurant, High noise. Used to work with my Motorola G7 (power) before App Update and Costco charger/hearing aid repair. With previous app I had ability to pair to a different Bluetooth (virtual?)device that wasn't listed as a left or right hearing aid. Costco staff not very knowledgeable when something doesn't work according to script.
